Anne Nguyen

Admitted into the Victorian Supreme Court in 2013, Anne is an Australian legal practitioner practicing primarily in immigration law. She has extensive experiences in:

• Family, Student, Visitor and Protection Visas,
• Health, character and no work waivers,
• Schedule 3, status resolution and unlawful matters,
• Family violence applications,
• Cancellation matters
• Resident Return Visas and Australian citizenship applications; and
• Ministerial Intervention requests.

She has represented clients before the Administrative Appeals Tribunal ( Migration & Refugee Division and the General Division) and together with counsel, retained carriage of cases before the Federal Circuit and Federal Court of Australia and Federal Court of Australia.

In her spare time, Anne enjoys playing tennis, swimming, bouldering and a range of other outdoor exercise as well as volunteering for charity fundraisers.
